The 2021 3 Pillars Cabernet Sauvignon “Alexander Valley” is 100% cabernet
sauvignon from a single hillside vineyard in the northwestern foothills of Sonoma
County ideal for growing cabernet sauvignon.
Aged in 25% new French barrels and 75% neutral French barrels, the result is
expressive aromas of blackberries, currants, and baking spices such as clove and
vanilla along with structured, yet integrated tannins showing pitch-perfect balance on the finish.
