Brook and Bull Malbec

We’re looking to entirely reinvent malbec.
All too often, malbec is mass produced or is a
fruit bomb. We showcase a malbec that
is somewhere between Argentina (where I
worked 8 harvests) and Cahors- something
that has not only fruit, but also leather,
pepper, florals, the whole gamut. Our
malbec is always robust- packed with color,
tannin, acid, the skeleton that you would
want out of any cellar-worthy wine. We’re
looking to showcase what long ageing, luxury
malbec looks like out of Washington state
