Harvest

Manual, with a selection in the vineyard on the stainless grape bin. The Harvest started on the 25th of September. Thanks to a sweet and rainy winter, then a dry and warm spring, followed a fresher and rainier summer, the harvest was a bit delayed. But, it was going well with beautiful maturities for the grapes.

Wine-Making

Traditionally during 15 days – With thermoregulation to controlled the temperatures

Ageing

8 to 12 months in oak big barrels
