Fabbioli Raspberry Merlot

At the Bella Luna Vineyard, our red raspberries are harvested throughout August and September. The
crew selects only the finest, ripest berries for peak sugar levels and flavor intensity. After harvest the
berries are immediately put into fermentation. After fermentation but just before bottling, the
raspberries and barrel-aged Merlot are blended together. For that perfect balance, Doug makes sure
the Merlot’s tannins structure complements the fruitiness and the acidity of the raspberries
