Domaine du Grapillon d 'Or Vacqueyras

A mix of 80% grenache and 20% syrah, the 2019 Grapillon d’Or Vacqueyras “Cuvee 1806” displays copious aromas of black fruits and blackberries. Intensely dark in color, yet exhibiting a suave texture, graceful palate with well-integrated tannins. A fullish finish with excellent length and focus throughout. The vineyard, located on the plateau of Vacqueyras, is composed of soils with clay-limestone and pebbles. Aged in cement vats up to 12 months before bottling.
